Bit of confusion at the start so they upgraded our.r9om which was splendid. Location was ok, bit of construction work going on outside which cannot be helped. Breakfast was ok

A nice quiet place for a few days in Hanoi near train street

The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Even speaking little English they made all the effort to make us feel at home. The breakfast was very good and they brought it to our room every morning. It was a very quiet location at night which allowed us to sleep great. The place looks exactly like in the photos. It’s near train street so there’s lots of places to eat around.

The surrounding area was in construction which made it a little inconvenient to get around but this is temporary so when that is finished it’ll be perfect.

Modern apartments at a cheap price. Highly recommended

The apartment was extremely clean and finished to a high degree.

The only problem was it’s quite close to the train station so you can hear the trains tooting their horns in the night/morning. But not a massive issue for me

Fantastic

Felt clean, spacious and comfortable. Had a luxurious vibe, without the huge price tag. Allowed us to spread out and enjoy the space. Very close to the shops and sights. We also found exceptional restaurants on the same street.

Lovely spacious room. Quiet and my own space away from the hustle and bustle.

There was some confusion as to the payment process as I wasn’t sure whether Booking.com charged me or not. Eventually got resolved and I paid the hotel. That was the only hassle.

Staff were courteous. Room service was good. Apartment was new. Location was very strategic. Could cover many places in Old Quarter by foot.

Breakfast options were very limited. Could have provided more options for vegetarians.

All the staff were super accomodating, helpful, friendly and caring. The modern building is in a cute, quiet residential cul de sac but within walking distance of the main touristy centre. The room is well designed, well equipped, clean and comfortable for short or long stay.

Interior is of international standard. The staff is very helpful and friendly..

The floor was dusty. I wasn't aware there's 100k vnd additional for early check out. Orig price for 1 night is 504,000 but made to pay 600,000 for early check out.
